Returns & Refunds

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return them within 7 days of delivery.

What items are returnable?

  • They must be in original condition 
  • They must be unworn, (unused and in the same way you received them.)
  • In their original packaging, and
  • a proof of payment or receipt must provided.

Are refunds charged?

  • You will be liable for the charges of returning your parcel to our head quarters operation offices. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 14 - 25 working days depending on the card issuer's policies.

Free gifts, sale or promotional items are not exchangeable, returnable or refundable!

Our shoes are custom made if you choose a pair to be made in your specifications you can only replace if we got your shoes wrong, or there is damage on the shoes. All custom made shoes are not refundable, they are made according to a clients specifications and desire, therefore we do not refund such. The lead time for customized shoes differ from the rest of collecttions. Please contact our customer support for replacement options or further assistance.
